Human Resource Manager (HRM)
Responsibilities:
The incumbent will report to Top Management. He/She is responsible to taking care of all employment aspect that may include but not limited to industrial relations, employee compliance, overtime, and development.
Requirements:
* Male / Female, maximum age 35 years old
* Minimum 3 years experience in the related field
* Hold S1 Degree in Psychology / Human Resources Management / Management / Legal, with minimum GPA of 2.75 from a reputable university
* Depth knowledge and experiences in handling human resources management (performance management, compensation benefit, people development, organization development, personnel, industrial relation, etc.)
* Have experience in manufacturing company is preferable,
* High motivation, integrity, good interpersonal/communication skill, good team player.
* Comprehends with General Affairs aspects such vehicle, building & equipment maintenance, loss prevention & security management, community development
* Preferably has good command of English
* Strong ability to maintain effective working relations with employees and vendors
* Working knowledge of personal computers including word processing, database and spreadsheet applications.
* Good track record is preferable
