PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOR
Responsibilities:
* Ensures the accuracy of company payrolls by auditing departmental pay authorizations and verifying deductions from wages. Manages the payment of wages and salaries via the accounting system and prepares periodic payroll reports required. Preparing cost allocation and recommendations.
* Reviews payrolls for compliance with company budget, personnel policies, government regulations, the Department of Labor, Department of Immigration, and Department of Employment Security (JAMSOSTEK). Prepares budget and analysis when needed.
* Maintains personnel and pay records of employees to ensure accurate integration of such records with the payroll and benefit systems.
* Administers and interprets all policies and procedures for enforcement of provisions for Retirement Fund.
* Utilizes a personal computer to maintain, retrieve and program data for analyses and reports.
* Maintains awareness of current rules and regulations pertinent to payroll, retirement and benefits and ensures the timeliness and accuracy of payroll, insurance premiums and claim payments.
* Recommends changes in payroll policies and procedures.
* Monitors changes in laws and regulations pertaining to payroll, which requires Company policy changes and notifies the Auditor.
Qualifications:
* University degree majoring in Accounting, having at least two-years of practical experience in payroll, employee benefits, and tax administration.
* Understand English and able to communicate in English both written and verbal.
* Able to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, circumference, etc.
* Have tax income certification is preferable (Brevet A and B)
* Able to use spreadsheet and familiar with Excel commonly used functions (Vlookup, IF, Pivot table, etc)
* Self motivated, high integrity, hard worker
