Site Project Supervisor (SPS)
The Project Site Supervisor position is a full-time, on-site position, responsible for overseeing all phases of our project precast concrete installation. The qualifying individual will be part of the project team and will coordinate & report to the Site Manager.
Responsibility:
Carry out & supervise day-to-day Griyaton’s Project activities to support the Site Manager.
Give supervise to sub-contractor for precast panel installation process.
Requirements:
Male, maximum 35 years old, trust worthy and good interpersonal & negotiation Skill.
Minimum education is diploma degree (D3) in Civil (bachelor degree is an advantage).
Has experience 2 (two) years in pre-cast concrete & facade installation at High-rise Building is a must.
Has experience as Surveyor is an advantage.
Able to read plans; familiar with standard building code and practices.
Able to prioritize work assignments.
Desire to learn and succeed.
Proven ability to initiate and manage multiple, simultaneous priorities.
Flexibility and adaptability.
Commitment to quality.
Strong leadership / management skills.
