SENIOR TRAINER - HR
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Direct report to Training manager
Analyze, Develop and Execute innovative training based on customer need.
Create annual training programs
Consistent to monitor and evaluating the effectiveness of training program by powerful feedback from customer.
Creating Monthly Operation Report (MOR)
Enhance customer skill and knowledge especially about investment.
Have a great relationship with customer to make a powerful teamwork.
Develop a systematic training based on customer classification.
Role-play for evaluating SPV delegates program.
Filing & Documentation (i.e. attendance list, evaluation report)
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Experience in investment products (unit link, reksadana)
3 years expereince as trainer in banking or insurance industry
Certified Financial Planner + Waperd
Prefferably have certificate train the trainer
Male/Female, 25 - 35 years old
Bachelor degree in any field
Energetic and well presented
Good english proficiency
