Helpdesk - Technical Support - PT. Core Mediatech

Requirement :

* Male, Maximum age 25 years
* Minimum Diploma Degree from Engineering (Computer Science/Information technology /Telecommunication)
* Fresh graduade are welcome
* Domiciled in Jakarta
* Having good knowledge about Internet Topology, Setting Email and IP Network
* Have good analytical ability and good communication ability
* Initiative, active, disciplined and able to work together in teams
* Ready to work in shift including holiday

Responsibilities :

* Handle all incoming customer complaints regarding Internet connection and Services.
* Analyze problem on customer's Internet connection and other services.
* Perform 1st level troubleshooting.
* Payment Confirmation for Retail Customers.
* Actively monitor customer's Internet connection status.
* Follow up and escalate any Service and Network incidents with analysis results.
* Coordinate service/network maintenance/incidents announcement to D-NET customers.
* Log all incident chronology.
* Update sms data and email list for customer notification.
