Qualification:

* Male max. 28 years old.
* D3/S1 Degree in Information System/Engineering.
* Minimum 1 year experience as an IT Officer/EDP Staff/Network Engineer.
* Has good knowledge on networking and troubleshooting computer (software and hardware).
* Has knowledge on SQL database and programming will be an advantage.
* Creative and Independent.

* Analyze problem on customer's Internet connection and other services.
* Perform 1st level troubleshooting.

* Actively monitor customer's Internet connection status.
* Follow up and escalate any Service and Network incidents with analysis results.
* Coordinate service/network maintenance/incidents announcement to D-NET customers.
* Log all incident chronology.
* Update sms data and email list for customer notification.

HEAD OF TECHNICAL DIVISION

The Role:

* Calculate and give proposal of material quantity and other source needs to sales person based on customer info/drawing
* Plan, direct and manage ongoing project progress and schedule from beginning to end and effectively communicate them to sales team and installer team in a timely and clear fashion
* Plan, direct and supervise installer team
* Develop and maintain full-scale project plans/proposals and other related documents such as daily/weekly/monthly progress reports, installer weekly payment plan
* Identify and resolve all issues, especially technical, that is related to project

The Skills & Requirement :

* University graduate, age 35 to 45 years
* Minimum 3 years experience in installation division, preferably in flooring product
* Ambitious, highly self-motivated person
* Strong influencing and negotiating skills
* Be able to work under pressure, eager to deal with challenges
* Have passion in Interior/Architecture business
* Good verbal & written English and MS Office is essential
* Possess a driving license
